METZIX designs and customizes complete leaching systems for specific applications, ensuring optimal recovery of base and precious metals through in-house technologies and testing. Three leaching systems are available: Accelerated, VAT and Pressure.
The systems are perfect for plants with low capital cost needs.
Types of Leaching Systems

| Accelerated Leaching | An extremely rapid leach. Oxygen addition, gas dispersion and gas hold-up are combined to optimize gold recoveries. It operates with clean surface particles, together with a METZIX Process attrition scrubber. |

| VAT Leaching | Cost-effective with low power usage, ideal for areas with high rainfall or power constraints |
